WATER MELON JAM

This is what I've been doing (voici ce que je faisais), I haven't been wasting my time (je n'ai pas perdu mon temps), I have been busy ( j'ai été occupée).

I made 5 jars of orange and 6 jars of lemon. It has set well (elle est bien prise) and it's delicious. I like the colour too.

This is lemon curd, made with eggs, butter and lemon juice. It's delicious too.

And this, I hope, will be jelly, though it hasn't set yet! It's cranberry and raspberry (framboise) juice.
Mmm! All that is delicious. All home-made and with no additives, chemical flavours etc.

PLUM JAM - confiture de prunes

<Digimax i6 PMP, Samsung #11 PMP>

Plums don't just make tarts, they also make jam. Mmm, delicious! I boiled 1 kg of plums without the stones (les noyaux), added some special jam sugar and made 5 and a half jars (pots). I'm also going to print the labels. I started again with another kilo and made some more.

Mmm. Delicious bread and jam breakfasts all winter.

PLUMS - des prunes

<Digimax i6 PMP, Samsung #11 PMP>

Mmm! Just picked (cueillies) from my garden.
When I look at this, what do I see? Plums? No, a plum tart. :) I made one with puff pastry (de la pâte feuilletée) just after taking the photo. I ate it warm (tiède) with cream, it was delicious.
I still have lots of plums, I'm going to make compote and perhaps jam (confiture).
I sent the photo to redbubble for COLOUR PURPLE CHALLENGE.

Peach flower

A little softness after all these hard angles and corners; it's a long time since I uploaded a flower, so here is a peach flower growing in my garden:

I have 6 peach trees, I hope the flowers will develop into peaches then in July I'll be able to make peach jam (confiture). Last year I made some and it was delicious; instead of writing "Peach Jam" on the label I wrote "Summer in a Jar", because that's what it looks and tastes like.
