Plums don't just make tarts, they also make jam. Mmm, delicious! I boiled 1 kg of plums without the stones (les noyaux), added some special jam sugar and made 5 and a half jars (pots). I'm also going to print the labels. I started again with another kilo and made some more.
Mmm. Delicious bread and jam breakfasts all winter.

Mmm! Just picked (cueillies) from my garden.
When I look at this, what do I see? Plums? No, a plum tart. I made one with puff pastry (de la pâte feuilletée) just after taking the photo. I ate it warm (tiède) with cream, it was delicious.
I still have lots of plums, I'm going to make compote and perhaps jam (confiture).
