Today's photos are different; I went into the town of Saintes to go to the English shop to buy a Christmas pudding. The river Charente goes through the centre of the town, there was no wind and the reflections were particularly sharp (nettes). Unfortunately (malheureusement) there was no sun, so it was a bit dark (un peu sombre).

RAIN DROPS - gouttes de pluie

I don't like rain but at least it's watering (ça arrose) the garden, so I watch it patiently and wait for it to stop. Then I rush out (je me précipite dehors) with my camera to take photos of the drops on the plants and leaves (les feuilles). Here are the ones I took yesterday on the tall fennel plants.
I just love the reflections in the drops. if the wind doesn't blow (si le vent ne souffle pas) there are drops everywhere shining (brillant) in the sun, it's magic land.

TWO WALLS FEATURED!

I'm having a run of success in the WALL OF THE WORLD group on redbubble. I have two photos featured on the same page!! I'm so proud again. Success here means other people think my photos are good, means encouragement to continue taking unusual photos. Here they are:
This was the wall of the Adidas shop on the Champs Elysées during the Roland Garros tennis tournament. It was high up (en haut) and I couldn't get near to see how it was made; pity.
This is a glass building with reflections, also in Paris. The reflections are fantastic, all different colours. Of course in Paris there are lots of different possibilities, but it's not easy, there are building works everywhere.
