A portrait today. I don't often take good ones because children are moving all the time (ils bougent tout le temps), but she was playing the flute so had to stay still ( tranquille). I took the photo just as she looked up and you can see her beautiful blue eyes. She learnt to play the flute at school two years ago (il y a 2 ans) and she can play very well now.
There were 4 generations at my house today: a great- grandmother, a grandmother,a mother and ....no not a daughter, a son! Plus a grandfather, a father, a daughter. Complicated?

Today's macro

Yesterday it was my first ever macro, this is my latest, from my garden.
These are cherry flowers and the tree is covered with them. I hope there will be lots of cherries also so I can make lots of jam. I love cherry jam.
I also love clafoutis.
Here is the recipe:
Butter a dish, fill with cherries; mix 50g of flour with 100g of sugar, two eggs and 1/4 litre of milk; pour over the cherries; cut small pieces of butter on the top. Cook in the oven 180° for 25 minutes. Delicious with vanilla ice cream! Yummy.
But today I was busy because my family came for lunch, so I didn't just take photos of flowers.
The weather was beautiful and warm and my grandchildren enjoyed themselves in the garden.
