Time to harvest the barley (l'orge), it's late in fact because of the rain. just look at the dust (poussière) in the evening sun.
Summer is also the time for the hollyhocks (roses trèmieres), they're beautiful also with the sun behind.

Two photos from the village of Talmont, Charente Maritime,France. It is a small village famous for its romanesque church and in June/July its streets and cemetary are full of hollyhocks (roses trèmières).
