I cut a chinese cabbage in two and look what I found! it was beautiful inside, with tiny buds (boutons minuscules) and flowers. It's like a bouquet framed (encadré) by its own leaves.
I took a closer photo:


It's delicate, perfectly protected, until I discovered it!
